Our people
At Litmus we celebrate individual differences when assembling teams we consider our people as well as our clients. We think about who stands to gain or learn most from the experience on offer and staff accordingly. Through our unique diamond structure the team is empowered to pursue individual responsibilities in both their account teams and in specialisms beyond their client work. Our staff enjoy being part of CCC cross-unit teams including CSR, Culture, Digital and Policy.

The Litmus team has a strong scientific background – all our staff have science degrees and half have a Masters or PhD.

No walls, no titles.
At CCC employees are free from the traditional industry hierarchies which can limit imagination and flexibility. We have dispensed with job titles and work in an open space without cubicles or corner offices. This allows individuals to take an active role in their own growth, combining account management, programming, creative and content development.

We also invest heavily in the professional development of our staff, with a £1,500 annual training budget available per employee. Staff can choose how they spend this, selecting courses and events that can help them grow the communications skills they most want to develop. For graduate recruits there is a dedicated training programme tailored to developing their knowledge and skills early in their career.

Additionally we run a formal mentor scheme, assigning each of our people to a trained mentor, who acts as a point of contact and counsel regarding their career progression.
